Luke Head Canons #1:

~~Luke melted down his and his wife’s wedding rings into a silver chain that he wears around his neck. He never takes it off.  ~He has 2 black tattoo lines banded around each bicep. The two on the right are of his sons, Isaac and Elias. The two on his left are of his wife Emily, and his daughter Judith. ~~While on patrol in the city about five years ago, Luke had been back tracking through an alley to see if a perp he’d just chased down had dropped anything. His flashlight happened to catch the glimpse of bright green eyes attached to a little orange kitten that was hiding beside a dumpster. That is how Luke had found his fluffy orange tabby named Levi, named after his donkey all those years ago.  ~~In his spare time, Luke can usually be found working at a few of the houses he rents out around VC. In total, he has 8 so far. It’s a hobby of his that he enjoys and helps him work off some frustration and live comfortably.

Levi’s Tattoos

Levi has 8 tattoos scattered across his body, most of them large statement pieces.

He has this fleur de lis (larger than pictured) on his back for Marcus and for home.

Levi has this compass on the right side of his chest to always keep himself centered.

Along the top of his right hipbone, he has Vous êtes l'air que je respire inscribed for Marcus.

On his right shoulder and arm, he has this swamp scene as a reminder of home

On his left side across his abdomen, he has the Serenity Prayer because he was raised Christian, even if he doesn’t necessarily believe it in anymore.

On his left forearm, Levi has a Threstral because the creatures were a huge piece in saving him when he arrived him Spain.

He has a ship and Kraken on the back of right his calf because he thinks it looks cool.

And on his left thigh where no one but Marcus should ever see it, Levi has a short list to help him breathe: Columbia, Wiliamette, Alsea, Kalamath, Rogue. When he has a panic in public, Levi can focus himself better when he touches his leg and reminds himself of the words.

If Layla throws on an outfit she usually tries for shorts or pants instead of the endless dresses and skirts, she pulls on a shirt that requires no other layers but that sometimes means ill-fitting button up shirts from Winter’s lovers.
