My boyfriend is flying in from New York. This is the first time we’ll be meeting in person and I’m excited and nervous at the same time. BUT MOSTLY EXCITED!!!

But it could be worse

We have no power and can barely open the door too see what it's like outside. Thankfully where I live we are not getting a direct hit from the hurricane so things can definitely be worse. Thank goodness everything is fine... for now.

It’s a sad day when people online care more about my well being on my birthday than my own family does.  I planned to go the Cheesecake Factory to have dinner with my brother and cousins along with my best friend. Everyone backed out except for my friend.  I got so depressed I just cried for the rest of the night and cancelled on my friend and told her we’ll go the two of us tomorrow.  Gladly it’s already past midnight so this day is finally over. Another depressing year closer to death.
