After Liam's latest interview I have lost all hope for a 1D reunion. He said that 1D was just a job and him and his bandmates weren't even that close (except him and Louis). He made it sound like Harry has no desire of ever joining 1D again. Damn it.

The interview Liam gave is indeed really weird. It indeed sounds discouraging to the people who rely on the words the boys speak. Let me tell you this, my love. Do not dare to believe a word he said. I am so sorry to say it like this, but do not trust it. Of course I am not going to tell you something without giving you some sort of evidence/debunk to rely on. So please take a look, Liam said:

‘‘you know we worked together for 5 years, but some of us we really didn’t have that much in common, except for that we had a job together, now we don’t have that job together any longer, there is not really any real reason for us to talk that often which is fine, you are not gonna be best friends with everyone”

Um, I mean it's more to do with where some other people in the band head's are up with it really," " I keep in touch with most of them." " Other people just want their space," " And also, we worked together for five years," " For some of us, we really didn't have that much in common except for that we had a job together," ", Now that we don't have that job together anymore, there's not really any real reason for us to talk that often," " It's not that I don't get along with them, but you're not gonna be best friends with everyone"

This is weird, since:

-Liam always brings Zayn up whenever he can, he even said multiple times they have the same music taste.

-Liam referred to the boys as his brothers in 2013 (to the people who think they had to say that stuff because they were in the band, please check out the next one)

-Liam referring o the boys as brothers in 2019. 

-Liam acknowledging 1D’s anniversary and calling them brothers..

-Liam called One Direction and the fans ‘’the greatest team the world has ever seen.’’ In the interview he said that the boys they are just a job and no best friends. Plus they ‘did not get along.’ This is weird, because he called the boys his brothers and comparing it to the thing he said, is just as wrong as 1-1=2.

Brothers meaning:

-This is a half lie half truth, it is from a printed interview, for the people who believe.

Harry’s recent twitter activity show different, (unfortunately the beard is there too) love:

I am going to deepen my post into the Harry part, I hope you do not mind. If I am being honest I completely detest Harry’s image right now. The media (like The Rolling Stone interview) and everyone else makes him look like a guy who is so full of himself, he seems arrogant, selfish. I hope each of you can see that Harry is NOTHING like that. Harry’s environment is being ruined, they make it seem like he has NO ties to 1D at all. They make it seem like he has NO interest in 1D anymore and ‘Liam’ is basically fueling that image of his. All of this is weird, because this were Harry’s orginal words about 1D. 

1. Harry referred to the 1D boys as ‘’wonderful friends.’’

He said “Last time I was here, I was with some wonderful friends of mine, so you may know this song.” Harry loves 1D, do not get dragged away by what is real and what is fake, love.

Probably another rather naive question, but I wonder if Liam consults with the other guys before he does one of these types of interviews. Not to get permission or anything, but just to see what’s ok to talk about and maybe what the ‘story’ is going to be. Or maybe those days are over.

Personally? I don’t believe when they say, “I saw Louis the other day,” because I think the boys are in contact all the time, outside of limitations of time-zone differences etc. I don’t think that a week goes by when there’s no contact. So I think they understand what they want to be public.

I think they understand each other’s situations pretty well too. You could often see little looks during 1D interviews, hinting that there was much more going on than what was apparent on the surface.

As far as what is allowed per their 1D contract— that’s a different question. I don’t think any fans really know.
