so as per mindys tweet perhaps episode 14 will be in january and 15 in april???? or perhaps theyre gonna move those 2 to april as the back to back premiere and write something different for the jan finale??? HELP ME DECIDE

-has heart attack- Ahhh I hadn’t even considered that! I’m going to say for my own piece of mind that Mindy may have just miscalculated the number of episodes left? 2.10 - 2.15 looks like five episodes but it’s actually six counting the first one? 

I really don’t think I could handle waiting that long between 2.14 and 2.15. I mean, I would have to, but I wouldn’t be happy about it. 

In terms of writing something else for the finale and moving 2.14 and 2.15 to April, I don’t think that’ll be the case. I think the timeline would be too short to start writing something and film and edit for that air date. It was only a few weeks ago that Mindy and Tracey finished writing 2.14 and 2.15, though they might have known about the hiatus then. 

My theory anyway. 

Once we get into January, we’ll know for sure.

Good point! Reminder to self: stick to shows that are on cable. And Netflix. And just ignore the promos on TV for new network shows. Chances are after a couple weeks, they'll just stop promoting it altogether.

Nope. FOX destroys souls. NBC isn't much better. At this point, I'm just waiting until Netflix takes over the world.

Is it in the tags? Because I would like to read it. After Fringe I said I wouldn't watch another FOX show because of the way it was handled. (Ex: going on prolonged hiatuses, not promoting the episodes, moving to Fridays) And here I am watching The Mindy Project and Almost Human. What is wrong with me?

Is the hiatus for American Idol because ughhhhh, American Idol. Does anyone even watch it?

Not that I can tell. FOX is moving Glee back to Tuesdays and pushing TMP off the night completely. Then when Brooklyn Nine-Nine is done their run, TMP will take it's time slot in April.
