Don’t be intimidated by the fiery red color because it looks hotter than it tastes! The spicy sauce starts to burn but once you bite into the cold refreshing jelly noodles, all is good. Have you tried this before?! ☺️ #homemade 🔥 Recipe for Dressing to make above: 2 Tbs light Soy sauce 1 Tbs water 1 Tbs black vinegar (I didn’t have any so I used rice vinegar which ended up sweeter) 2 Tbs garlic chili oil. (I was lazy and literally heated canola oil, hot dried chili peppers, garlic, seasoning salt. Chk out my youtube for the long video to see technique. Be careful when handling hot oil!!) Whisk together above ingredients 🍽 🥢 🍷 Top with minced garlic, green onion, cucumbers, cilantro, fresh chili peppers (optional) 🤓 🧐 😛 Make sure you taste & adjust spicy, sour, salty, sweet to your liking before pouring it over the noodles. Serve immediately.
