How to cook a Tortell de Reis, the traditional brioche eaten for the holiday of Three Wise Men Day (6th of January).
It can be filled with whipped cream, pumpkin jam, or cream, and nowadays they also make some with truffle chocolate.
But don't forget the most important thing: hide inside the cake a bean and a figurine of a king. When the cake is cut, nobody knows which slice will get them. Whoever gets the king will be crowned for a day, and whoever gets the bean will pay for the cake next year.
