Lib: 5, 7, 16, 18, 22! Sara: 10, 23, 24, 47! Miranda: 4, 13, 28, 31, 35, 49, 50 TELL ME ALL THE THINGS.
ALL THE THINGS INDEED.
LIBBY
5. Do they have any siblings? What’s their names? What is their relationship with them? Has their relationship changed since they were kids to adults?
Libby is an only child though it’d be easy to see her relationship with Echo as that of an older sister and annoying little brother.
7. Did they have lots of friends as a child? Did they keep any of their childhood friends into adulthood?
FUNNY ENOUGH when she was really little there were other kids she would play with, but that changed when her dad died. A lot of things changed when he died, actually.
16. Do they collect anything? What do they do with it? Where do they keep it?
Friends! But no, really, probably books. She loves history, and magic, and the history of magic, and reading about it all is just so great, and so relevant to her life, that she’s got a huge collection.
18. What’s their favourite genre of: books, music, tv shows, films, video games and anything else
WOW that’s a list, okay….Books: History, see previous question.Music: Lots of bubblegum pop, dance music and the like.TV: She loves documentaries but has a special weakness for over the top dramas.Films: REALLY BAD HORROR. Like, horror so bad it’s hilarious. She flicks popcorn at the screen.Video Games: She doesn’t really… play… many games?
22. What are their favourite insults to use? What do they insult people for? Or do they prefer to bitch behind someone’s back?
She doesn’t really LIKE to insult people. She’s a super kind person! But gods save you if you insult or upset one of her friends, she will come up with so many colorful ways to make you sound like a truly awful person.
SARA
10. Do they like children? Do children like them? Do they have or want any children? What would they be like as a parent? Or as a godparent/babysitter/ect?
Sara loves kids but she’s super awkward with them, because she’s super awkward with everyone. Well, awkward, provided they’re alive. Her sort of self-appointed task of helping restless spirits move on in the afterlife (or stick around with a new purpose if that’s what they want) means she’s dealt with more than one ghost of a traumatized dead kid. Kids would tend to like her, I think, because she’s got a pretty voice and she’s soft and gentle with them. She’s actually a hopeless romantic and wants to fall madly in love with someone, and live out her happily ever after with 2.5 kids and a white fence. She’d be a great mother, really, but her life (and ties to death) sorta… get in the way.
23. Do they have a good memory? Short term or long term? Are they good with names? Or faces?
Maybe a slightly above average memory, which means it’s difficult for me to keep up with her, hah. She’s better at faces than names, but once she makes the connection between the two it’ll likely stick.
24. What is their sleeping pattern like? Do they snore? What do they like to sleep on? A soft or hard mattress?
imagine, if you would, a cat. She doesn’t snore as much as she used to since The Big Heal, and she likes soft things and people to hold, but years of not bothering to give yourself even the most basic of things, like, a decent place to rest, means that if it comes right down to it she’ll fall asleep wherever she needs to.
47. How do they act in a formal occasion? What do they think of black tie wear? Do they enjoy fancy parties and love to chit chat or loathe the whole event?
Someone protect this small awkward necromancer from being social with the living. She isn’t good at it. She dresses up REALLY nice but she doesn’t know how to talk to people.
MIRANDA
4. What is their relationship with their parents? What’s a good and bad memory with them? Did they know both parents?
She didn’t know her father growing up, and mom was always a little… Off. She loves her mother, really and truly, but her father’s side of the family…. she’s not a fan. A good memory with her mother was when she was probably about 7, and having a string of really bad dreams. Her mom showed her how to cast a spell to keep them away. And it worked! A bad memory was… probably the first talk they had after she fully turned. All memories of her father are bad ones. Not because of what happened, but just because she hates that side of her family that much.
13. What is their least favourite food?
Split pea soup. It’s a texture thing.
28. What is their biggest fear? What in general scares them? How do they act when they’re scared?
She’s most afraid of really, truly falling in love with someone. Any sort of close, friendly relationship scares the hell out of her, and she deals with it by putting on the actress mask and becoming the Untouchable Object Of Desire Too Good For You.
31. Do they drink? What are they like drunk? What are they like hungover? How do they act when other people are drunk or hungover? Kind or teasing?
She does drink! It’s one of her two ways of dealing with feelings of guilt! She’s sort of maudlin, really, occasionally bitter. She doesn’t really do hangovers herself, part of the Supernatural Healing ™. Drunk people are dangerous around her, because her charm is naturally turned to 11 and she’s not always good at saying no. Her poison of choice is gin.
35. What’s their guilty pleasure? What is their totally unguilty pleasure?
If by ‘guilty pleasure’ you mean thing she enjoys that she feels bad about enjoying, it’s the dirty dancing at clubs. If by ‘guilty pleasure’ you mean thing she enjoys that she’s embarrassed about enjoying, terrible action movies. Her totally unguilty pleasure? Purposefully bad karaoke. Possibly super comfy sweat pants/baggy shirts in public.
49. What is their most valued object? Are they sentimental? Is there something they have to take everywhere with them?
She doesn’t really have anything. She just moved and didn’t take much of her old life with her.
50. If they could only take one bag of stuff somewhere with them: what would they pack? What do they consider their essentials?
Phone, wallet, glasses, a bottle of gin, clothes… honestly she’s so good at manipulating people to get what she wants or needs, she doesn’t have much beyond that that she’d think she’d need.
