You roll in there, talk to Tirion (and Nathanos if you're Horde) and get your quests to go kill one fucktillion mobs that are scattered about the zone in abundant quantities and properly distanced from each other. One quick pop in to check on Pamela, then over to Light's Hope for some errands to the west, then you're off to Silithus. Just so long as you don't enter the Spider Death Tunnel or fall prey to the temptation to click on the strawberry gummies littered around the zone, it's perfectly safe. Western Plaguelands is like you roll up to the Argent Dawn camps and they're like hello hero. how many skeletons do you think can occupy one square meter at once. take this cauldron flask and go find out
