a pet peeve of mine
y’all i don’t feel like i ever fit the descriptions that those insta horoscope things do. this is gonna sound stupid but hear me out:
i’ve noticed libras are often labeled as materialistic, beauty focused, and often rather shallow.
at the end of the day that is not what libras are about and as someone who just doesn’t fit that description i used to be so upset that that was the stereotype pushed on libra.
when you’re like 14 and see all these things on social media that try to fit people into boxes and descriptions it’s weirdly harmful in ways you don’t realize.
mind you, i love horoscopes. i just found that i felt really sad and a little beaten down whenever those things would pass my feed.
anyway this isn’t even a problem, just something i identified a few years ago. i unfollowed all those accounts and started only looking into regular horoscopes and find they fit me more aptly. although not all the time, as we are all unique beings and can transcend the boundaries of what month we are born.
anyway, again this isn’t like a thing™️ i just mean it was a realization i had awhile ago and felt like sharing now
