dmitri and silvia st. silvia are the twins in charge of libra, the crime syndicate so secret that their lieutenants used to not know anyone else in the organization etc so forth you get the deal. they are both VERY YOUNG to be running a crime syndicate (think late 20s, they inherited it in their mid 20s) but their dad was incredibly well respected as a boss and a lot of people in libra are extremely loyal to their family.
dmitri is the actual functional boss of the organization but most people don't know what he looks like because he's a very behind-the-scenes guy. he organizes meetings, sends out orders to lieutenants, gathers information and makes deals with other organizations, etc. he kind of hates his job and wants to be a writer instead but he also doesn't want to let his dad down. still, he's getting his english mfa at a local college under a fake identity. he's the more reserved twin, and tries his best not to make an impression on people.
silvia is sort of the shadow boss who is a lot more pragmatic and has an easier time making harder calls than dmitri. she loves her brother but they both know she's better at making snap decisions (and ones that will hurt people) without thinking twice or being too compassionate. she gets her hands dirty a lot because she prefers actively working to sitting at a desk behind the scenes and looking at a bunch of monitors. she's the more fun-loving twin! she's also trans and picked her name entirely because she thought it was funny.
the twins live in the st. silvia family home, which is a really dour looking old mansion with a ton of secret rooms and passageways!
