Digital Divide is a gap between those who have access to digital technology and those who do not. But the phrase Digital Divide can also mean there are people who don't know how or what to do with technology.

Libraries offer public space that has computers with internet access. And, library staff that can help with basic tech issues. Lastly, some Libraries offer basic computer skills classes/programs.
