Robert told me I could only check out one book from the library at a time.... but then he sent me to the library without supervision so.... -A Rob Zombie book because I like some of his music and it's been quite a while since I read any Horror. - The Soul of An Octopus: A Surprising Exploration into the Wonder of Consciousness because I need fascinating but easily put down non-fiction to read before bed. - The Prey of Gods purely because the premise sounded too interesting to resist. There were 2 other books I made myself put back, so I did pretty well overall since I didn't check out all 5. I think I'll be checking out the other two next trip, though! They were a Kurt Vonnegut short stories book and the next book in a series that I've been reading on my nook.
