Send me ♥ and I’ll write some positivity for a blog that I follow - Accepting.

So, I’ve talked about people who are still new to me and I’ve talked about people who I’ve been familiar with for longer.  Now I’d actually touch on some of the people who sent these symbols to me.  I feel a bit bad that I didn’t gush about them - I want to gush about everyone really, but I’ll do my best to do them justice!

For starters, I quite like @survivaltrickcd - their Protagonist feels really accurate to their game counterpart, or at least how I think of him, I suppose.  He seems genuinely earnest and completely sincere in his desire to help others, I like how they also touch on his quirks, his more playful side and even his darker side every so often.  I know we haven’t talked very much but I just hope they know how much I love their blog.

Second, I’d like to give a shoutout to @lichdrifter - they are actually someone I have yet to interact with but simply from what I’ve seen of them, I have all the respect in the world for them - it takes a lot of work and a lot of care to build a character from the ground up and take the time to give them a backstory and develop them but I think they’ve done it beautifully.  I always enjoy seeing them on the dash and I do hope we get a chance to interact someday.

Thirdly, I’d like to mention @princess2x4 - again, another person I haven’t really interacted with very much but they’ve got me curious about who Ashura is a character, what she’s all about.  She seems like the sort who seems slow to open up to others but if you do take that time to get to know her, then maybe she’ll be one of those special friends for life.  I suppose time will tell if that’s the case with these two.  Either way, another excellent writer and another sweet mun.

✘ saeru’s preference towards using a gun, specifically a pistol, isn’t simply for the matter of it being available. he’s been alive for what can be assumed hundreds if not thousands of years & has seen many weapons come & go ; they’re all proficient in their own ways, he reasons. however, guns offer him certain features that other weapons can’t exactly matter ; knives, for instance, can be difficult to finish the job. guns can take a single shot ( & even if he misses, gunshot wounds can be fatal & difficult to treat ), & can tear away someone’s life immediately. the spark of fear people have in their eyes when having a gun pointed at them is much more prominent ; a knife is dangerous, but can be disregarded. a gun is a looming threat ; accurate, a single motion of his finger away from another murder. it’s more efficient, & it’s more fun. especially when the sound of gunshots can strike utter terror into the world.

( of course, that isn’t to say that he doesn’t enjoy other weapons. from his own actual hands to anything he can get his hands on --- as long as it works & adds to his victim’s suffering, then it’s considered. )

✘ sometimes he likes to take the corpses of a slaughter ( typically of the dan ) & pile them up into a sickening caricature of a throne --- he sits on it, as if he’s proud of his handiwork, as if this world is his & here he sits at the very top, overseeing all the foolish events. it’s a grand display that he controls people’s fates, that their lives are easily torn apart with a flick of his hand. ... that & he’s a disgusting creep, generally speaking here.

Why are you so interested in my biology may I ask?..Am I really that interesting to someone like you?” Rock was just puzzled, sure she wasn’t exactly like other otherselves now, traveling through worlds, hopping through dreams, having her own dreams and emotions, not to mention that despite being tied to Mato’s soul, she herself now seemed to have her own soul as well. Still, Rock didn’t think of herself as that interesting.. She still considered herself merely, just Black Rock Shooter, a once cold-hearted killer, now possibly redeemed, and overworking herself to the brink, in the name of protecting her girl. It was the duty  of the Otherself to protect their human in anyway, no matter the cost, was it not?
