Life Path / Attitude 1….be serious

( especially when it’s 3 and 11 energies combined )

From my experience, this has to be one of the most manipulative, immature, competitive, and slightly abusive numbers yet. I also feel like it’s one of the most common Life Path/Attitude numbers people have as well.

You can usually tell when someone is a 1 because of how controlling they come off, but other people around them just see it as “influential” or “badass.” Meanwhile, the undertone of 1 energy is very energy vampire-ish.( not that they are a literal vampire but they emotionally suck the energy out of you but they this is probably a compliment to them lol …)

I also fully believe 1s know other energies don’t really like their energy, so they tend to play psychological games with people. And somehow they always get away with it too because they “care too much.” Lol, such a pathetic excuse.

1s are very attention-seeking while being insecure as hell, and it’s such a draining combo because they’ll publicly hype you up, show up for you, and act super empathetic… while being the most devious individuals behind the scenes.

This number seriously needs to work on mental stimulation and learning how to genuinely love themselves internally.

Realistically, all they need is sleep and to stay away from Porn…

Because not only are they “energy vampires,” but a lot of them are sex addicts as well, and it can be very uncomfortable to be around. They sexualize everything and everyone, then complain when that same energy comes back to them.

1s can also be very ignorant. These are the types to be like:

“Bruh just communicate, we’re GROWN. I got my own crib, make my own money, and I’m finally sober.”

Yeah dude… you’re finally on the right track, as if you weren’t on house arrest for aggravated assault and domestic violence before 🫤like uh okay… you won I guess???

They wanna seem so grown and sexy, yet no matter how much they improve, they still struggle with consistency.

Masculine energy is also very tied to 1s. They’re usually interested in masculine-coded topics/activities, and even the way they dress can come off masculine or androgynous. ( I think of Furries when it comes to 1’s )

Especially female 1s—you’ve probably been told you come off as an alpha before or have even been bullied because of it.

They hate seeing other people confident too, let’s be honest. All bark no bite type of number . Confrontation is their biggest fear but they only dominate or feel like they have when they talk over someone. Just because you louder don’t mean you won .

Y’all be looking a hot mess while simultaneously shaming everybody else because your ego is too high.

Isolation and developing a mind of your own is honestly what 1s need most.

And the crazy part is, confidence seems like it should come naturally to 1s, but a lot of y’all struggle deeply with commitment to even getting in the shower
