I have recently discovered i kinda cap out on homework/studying per day at like, 3-4 hours straight of it. mostly cause that's when i start getting pretty hungry and i know once i eat I'm not gonna wanna go back to doing work
we have been pretty successful in fixing my sleep schedule! i'm learning my body likes 8hours of sleep minimum but I can function pretty well on at least 7, under that and i start not doing well oops. I would like to at least be getting into bed before midnight and I am re-implementing "tidy time" which is just like me giving myself an hour away from any screens to tidy up (picking up clothes, putting away and washing the dishes, putting away stuff i got out during the day, etc.) And then any time left over goes to crafting or if I'm tired I can just go to bed. And unfortunately not sleeping with my phone in my bed did really help, eugh.
I've been working on like, vlogging me making the black sapphire cookie crochet doll! I think I can write up a vague guide to Mr. Shmilkums rn actually.
