now that you pointed it out, i felt like they could have written steve to have figured it out with the help of dustin and erica. it felt like a cop out how they introduced a entirely genre savvy character(i love robin tho) it would have been so much more satisfying watching steve piecing it together even with help

yeah!!! steve isn’t dumb. he may not know shit sometimes, but he’s not a complete idiot. he has really good instincts and is much more tactical. that was shown in season 2 and instead, they left it up to a brand new character. smh.

i love robin tho. so i feel guilty for being salty because truly, she turned out to be such a great addition. it actually felt like a more natural addition than billy and max because well, steve has a new place of work so of course there’s gonna be other employees. that makes so much sense.
