Got my first sirloins seared up from @butcherbox! Firstly, I fully believe that animal protein is the optimal source of protein for a human body... Veggie protein is great, but there is just too much science supporting how well our bodies respond to animal protein accompanied by it's own fat, but, to each their OWN.
