To begin 2014 I was in a great place in life. Had been dating my wonderful girlfiend for 2 and a half years and we were about to get engaged and buy a house.  On May 12th I was assualted by an individual while waiting to play basketball at the gym.                When assualted it  fractured my jawline which included fracturing 2 teeth sockets and knocking out those 2 teeth. I also suffered severe whiplash which included strained ligaments and some were to the extent of tearing in my neck and upper back.                  When it came to the healing process there were many things that have been needed in the process of trying to get back to whole.  I had to get reconstructive surgery on my jawline. I have gone through 6 months of extensive physical therapy on my back and neck to strengthen them to the point that I am not always in pain.  I am now at the point where I am going to be getting veneers put in.  The pain and recovery times have cause me to miss close to 3 and half full months of work.                Along with large amount of missed work I have also had to pay for the cost of all my care out of pocket.  I did have a fair amount put aside for a house down payment that did help at first. But I ate through that amount very quickly. I have had no other option then to max out a few different credit cards to pay for my treatments.  And I am still have thousands of dollars of bills that are still sitting unpaid. If you are able to donate any amount either big or small thank you so very much. If not I would just ask that you say a little prayer for me to get my head back above water.
