New Month New Goals 💪🏽✨ • • So as we break into November my bulk had officially come to an end! 🙈 It’s been hard seeing myself get bigger again which is something I knew I’d struggle with, but I know i’ve also gained a hell of alot of muscle! 💕 • • Im lifting more than I ever thought I could, from the girl who started at 2kg dumbbells to be lifting 8kgs and from only being able to Squat at 10kg at the start of October to 35kg now! 🙈 • • You can achieve more than you ever thought possible! So I got off track.... But I'm back ~ Life with Lotty 💕 • • Hello lovelies, so I wanted to have a little bit of a heart to heart with you this morning. As you guys may have noticed I've been posting really sporadically since I've been back at uni and there are a few reasons for this mainly because i've been super busy as a freshers rep, with my course and friends but also because my eating and fitness has not been brilliant these past three weeks. And when I say that I mean it's been pretty awful 😂😅 • • I'm not gonna go into mega detail but I wanted to share this with you guys as it's so important for everyone to realise that no one can eat perfectly or drink perfectly or workout perfectly 100% of the time and that's okay. Its still so hard for me to realise this so I wanted to point it out but also in a positive way as it brings with it a new start, new drive and new ambition! 💪🏽 • • So I am coming back fighting with a new sense of motivation to be my best self and help you guys do the same!
