Ever since he was a baby, Rory has said "Daddy bup please" when he wants me to hold or snuggle with him. When he asks for Mommy or anyone else (except for Gretchen) to do the same, it's "Mommy hold you." He's perfectly capable of saying "up" and one time I asked him why it was "Daddy bup please" and not "Daddy hold you." He looked at me for a few seconds like I was a moron and said "because it's Daddy bup please!"
