Lifting plan is a set of plans, calculations, checks and simulations before moving the load or the loads that must be moved between two points. Of course, this will be made possible by cranes, transport machines, lifting equipment, slings and trained and specialized human resources.

These workouts range from 30 to 40 minutes, definitely no more than an hour. This program is going to help you: lose unwanted body fat, shape up your arms, strengthen your legs, tighten your tummy & provide a booty that all the pirates and their matey's will be searchin' the 7 seas for.
Do not be discouraged if you have to start out with lighter weights than the person next to you!

PPPSST: I have been following my own plan for 6+ months now, after 3 weeks I began seeing a substantial difference in not only my body but my mind as well. I did a progress video a while back which was just a bit after I had began following this workout plan.
