Day 165: 2/28/20
Intentions:
Friday! Also last day of the month. Next week I’ll finally allow myself to use vacation days again. I put a personal ban on myself from vacation days since mid October. Wahoo! Also it’s a rest day. Going to be smooth today, time to make it happen!
Yesterday:
I got in the gym yesterday for some weight lifting with a friend. So cross training happened. I like lifting weights but I only lift once a week. After March I want to up that to 3 times a week. Weight training is essential to avoiding injury as you get older, or so I’m told, and I need to be on that bandwagon. Plus I can tailor my workouts for running which will only make me better.
Very little study got done. Not ideal but I have a plan to fix that starting next week for the whole month of March.
Star Trek: Picard is a show I’m enjoying so much! I’m so excited to see where this season ends. I’m loving the show.
