Light from within!
We all have a light within whether we know it or not. It is that light that is the true you. You can look all shining and sparkly on the outside but the light within is your true beauty.
So, when you are naked and looking at yourself in the mirror, do you see your light from within? Is there a smile on your face or a frown? Do you feel love for yourself or hatred? Do you like what you see?
