“Ah, Jasmine! I’m always glad to get to know my fellow League members better. I do need to stop by Olivine more often. If you’re ever near the Plateau feel free to stop by.” Really, he did need to get to know her better. Sometimes it was harder keeping in touch with the gym leaders stationed farther from the Plateau; he needed to work on that.

so I’ll talk about @lighthouse-paladin, ‘cause I got another submission for hidawned later. I’m also going to address this directly.

so I don’t know you very well personally, so there’s not much I can say except you seem sweet, considerate. From what I can tell you write Jasmine well, maintain consistency, but don’t make the mistake of making her weak. I haven’t seen enough to establish a very strong opinion yet, unfortunately, but so far I’ve enjoyed what I’ve seen, and I look forward to plotting with you more and eventually starting up a rp, yeah? Hit me up whenever you’re around!

She was perfect: polite, quiet and mild. All things he was sure that guy would appreciate. She was cute, too, and, even better, strong. There wasn’t a man in the world who wouldn’t like Jasmine. She was perfect. It was almost a sacrifice, what he was doing, but it was all in the name of friendship.

Volkner would thank him.

He better, anyways, since he’d come all this way -- all the way to Olivine City -- just to ask the Gym Leader out to coffee. Coffee is what he’d say it was. The real reason he was meeting with her -- his real goal -- was to convince Jasmine to consider going out with his best friend.

Somehow he had the feeling that this would be the easy part.

He was already in position. When Jasmine stepped out of the Gym he’d be there waiting, standing inconspicuously by the door. Hopefully she still remembered him -- what a silly thought. Of course she’d remember him. He was unforgettable.

Man, it was going to be hard to convince her to give Volk a chance over him.
