Who the heck is my muse anyway:
Flint. The Flintster. Sinnoh’s very own fire master and proud member of the Elite 4. Everyone’s favourite afro from the DPPt Pokemon games. Guy who says “yo” unironically, who knows only one word of Spanish and that word is “amigo,” who believes red and yellow go together and probably wears socks with sandals. And if none of that rings a bell then he’s the hot guy (Volkner)’s best friend.
Points of interest:
member of the Elite 4 and the kind of person who would have been easy to kidnap as a child. Meaning he’s sociable and will talk to just about anyone, most of the time without invitation.
assumes everyone he knows likes him and thinks of him as a friend, which can be annoying for anyone who most certainly does not like him.
walks with a noticeable slouch, and would almost look like some kind of hoodlum if he could keep a smile off his face for more than .8 seconds.
can’t keep a straight face at all. He sometimes tries to come off as serious, but unless the situation absolutely calls for it, it usually dissolves into a smile. Fucking gg.
protective, he can sometimes turn into a papa bear without realizing he’s doing it.
not just a jokester, but a punster. He has a mighty unrivaled love for puns, which becomes especially prominent around people who hate puns.
also a chatterbug, and unapologetic about it. He will chat someone’s ear off, and he’s prone to calling people out of the blue and chatting the up for long
often acts before he thinks, which sometimes gets him into trouble.
talks about Volkner a lot. Can be irritating: especially for romantic interests.
very animated in the way he talks, and sometimes over dramatic in the way he reacts to things. His out bursts are usually loud, flamboyant, but end quickly.
loves attention and praise. He will soak that shit right up.
What they’ve been up to recently:
maintaining his role as a member of the E4, both licking his wounds from his recent loss against Cynthia and getting down to some serious training to at least take Lucian’s spot.
trying to pay more attention to friends than he had in the past, after his wake up call with Volk during the plot of DPPt.
traveling more, both for the sake of training and adventure. Most places are a first for him, since he didn’t make much time to travel before.
doing typical E4 shit. Running errands, battling people, protecting stuff, enjoying the life.
Where to find them:
first and foremost, the places where he appears in canon: the League, Sunyshore City, the Battle Frontier.
anywhere throughout Sinnoh, for a variety of reasons. He has a preference for cities, places with a lot of things to do, and areas with strong Pokemon to battle.
if he’s not in Sinnoh, he’s most likely to visit Hoenn or Unova, both places that he feels a great deal of love towards. He loves places that are hot, and places that have beaches. In Unova, he definitely frequents the cities.
bars, parties, and places with a lot of people around. He likes the night life, though he’s been trying to keep himself clean and become a somewhat responsible adult.
literally anywhere. Flint loves to roam, to explore, and he will talk to almost anyone for any reason at all, even if there is no reason at all.
Current plans:
I can think of none. Because Pokemon follows a strict canon with NPCs, I have a fear of overreaching. There are a few things I would like to do, though.
Flint someday realizing he has feelings for Volkner, and the entire struggle behind that.
also one day achieving his dream of becoming champion. I like to think he someday succeeds. Somebody’s gotta believe in him other than himself.
at some point he needs to grow up, too. Become more tactful, learn that facing things head on isn’t always the solution to everything, and do more than just tolerate other points of view.
Desired interactions:

interactions with other members of the E4 and Sinnoh League. Like damn. I want this shit so bad. Flint is an overly sociable guy so I like to think that he has more than just one friend.

Flint is by far the easiest character I’ve ever had for starters, so getting a rp started with him shouldn’t be a problem.
he’s friendly af and has no qualms about approaching strangers on the street, or dragging acquaintances around like they’re long time friends.
always willing to give a helping hand, if anyone approaches him for help at all he will be down
also always down for a good time, and he loves fans, so if there are people who want selfies with, or just to hang out with an actual irl E4 member he’s the downest.
friends of Volkner’s are, by extension, friends of his so if anyone knows Volkner hell to the yes
honestly it’s harder not to interact with Flint than it is to interact with him.
