Ingredients:
3 ripe Bananas mashed
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup granola
1 scoop whey protein (vanilla)
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees (180 degrees Celcius)
In large bowl, mash bananas, whisk in eggs, oil and vanilla until well blended. Whisk in sugar until combined
Stir in flour, baking soda, granola and whey protein.
Spoon into prepared muffin cups. Bake until tester comes out clean, about 30 to 35min. Let it cool for 10min before turning out muffins.
PS: you can store it for 2 days or freeze for up 1 month.
