Apple caused a fire.
Apples iPod cable caught for whilst inside my laptop, the danger in obvious however apple don't agree. The brand new laptop, which was a month old, blew up along with the iPod. I had an 8 week old kitten in my arms whilst trying to out a fire out without us being burnt. Apple asked for the cable to see if it had caused the fire because they denied it and said it was the laptop. The results came back, shocker it was the cable. They now refuse to do anything because apparently the cable was 'damaged' even though I know it wasn't. They did after a 3 hour argument agree to change the iPod but refuse to do anything about the £350 laptop they broke. I'm not hurt so apparently it isn't their concern. I'm currently in a battle with them to get the money back for the laptop. Let's raise awareness for the fires apple cause and refuse responsibility for, in case someone is seriously hurt or property damaged.
I have the lightning charger and I STILL have to turn it around for it to work
