Was Bramblefur mates with both Lightningtoe and Ruddywhisker? What was their situation?

Bramblefur was mates with Lightningtoe first, and they had Leafstorm together. They drifted apart as mates over time though. No big drama, just ended things amicably. And then Bramblefur and Ruddywhisker grew close after both had their accidents in the marshes. Ruddywhisker challenged a gar for some important herbs and Bramblefur jumped on the huge fish to try to help.

Ruddywhisker was rendered blind, and Bramblefur got a nasty slice along his shoulder. They spent a long time in recovery together, both needed to adjust to their new normal. And going through physical therapy was much easier with the other around. Both Bramblefur and Ruddywhisker have pretty cheery dispositions, and grew to love each other's company. They had Starkpath together, but ever the reckless Herbalist, Ruddywhisker didn't survive to see Starkpath get her name.
