women's racing update
after a double red flagged race, Mathilda Paatz won her 2nd top female driver trophy of the CEZ F4 season, finishing the 4th race in 10th place, Ella Hakkinen wrapped her first weekend of single seater racing in the points, finishing 14th while Alexia Danielsson made great progress throughout the weekend and finished 16th. Michalina finished 23rd and Jade Jacquet finished 25th after another unfortunate start and race. Ginevra DNFed after a battle with another car fighting for top 10.
Doriane Pin and her team Duqueine finished 3rd in the LMP2 Pro/Am classification (11th overall), after a ten second penalty knocked them off of 2nd place. Doriane was also the LMP2 Pro/Am driver of the day. Jamie Chadwick and IDEC Sport LMP2 finished 4th overall and in the class.
The final Ligier JFC race took place early this morning in NOLA, where Ava Hanssen finished just off the podium in 4th, and Ella White completed her debut single-seater race weekend.
It was a fantastic weekend of racing and following the girls we could follow. I know everyone else was watching f1 drivers watch tennis but watching and supporting girls and women in motorsport was such a blast and well be back next week!
