adhd in the morning like: yes!! so many projects!! write that to-do list!! think about all the cool things in the world!! make breakfast and read and scroll tumblr all at the same time!!!! but no answering the 5 texts i’ve been avoiding for a day and a half.

adhd in the afternoon like: haha yeah! projects.... i swear i was just googling something about jam..? but i was also using scissors for something and now i can’t find those or my phone... didn’t i have a meeting today? but i don’t remember because i put it in my phone calendar and now i cant find my phone! but its okay, i’ll just start on one of the other things on my to-do list even though i’ve started and haven’t finished 3 of them...

adhd at night like: i work in 4 hours i don’t have time to scroll endlessly but im going to because it briefly alleviates the sense of doom growing closer even as it creates it. i didn’t do anything i was supposed to today but we’re gonna shove that deep deep down and never think about it. i can’t sleep until i’m so tired that my brain shuts off as soon as my phone does. oh my god, a cat!! now i have to go on a wikipedia scavenger hunt until it’s 2am and i can’t keep my eyes open anymore.
