So, something I've sort of noticed for a while but am really acknowledging tonight: I get really anxious about going to sleep? I can understand if I have something important going on the next day, but tomorrow all I'm doing is prepping for my final which I am actually really confident on?? I am very tired (I've been up since 7) but just like laying down and trying to sleep is not working. Idk how to describe it but when I'm trying to sleep I just end up feeling vaguely sick and generally anxious like something bad is happening? But it's not?? Everything is okay??
