......I don't really have an excuse for posting these late anymore-

Yeah it's spring break so theoretically I should be able to post these quick, right? Well I guess not lol. I'm trying to be productive and ended up forgetting I post on Tumblr. Hooray for procrastination :)

Also I was working on this and tumblr DECIDED TO POST THE DRAFT THAT HAD BASICALLY NOTHING WHEN I DIDN'T WANT IT TO. I WANTED IT TO SAVE AS A DRAFT WTH. So if you got a random notif from me fishy, that's why. Tumblr's weird man. So I lost all the progress I got and had to restart because I deleted the post in a panic :,)

But whatever I'm here now and I'm doing this before @fishymom-art returns from their hibernation and hits us all with like five comics at once.

It's nice that Smoked Cheese and Nutmeg tiger are getting along well. Like two introverts that don't talk much but still hang out and help eachother anyways. Idk I just think it's sweet! (I don't ship it but I do wanna see them hang out more). I don't even think Smoked Cheese was gonna ask anyway even if Nutmeg didn't tell him to. That look was just like "oh ok sure we can do that today". And honestly we (yes we) love him for it.

I love these guys. They're just perfect. Look at their judgemental faces. I wanna hold one tenderly. They're just so perfect. You think there's an army of them just in waiting? That would be funny to see lol.

Nutmeg's reaction is also really funny lmao. Fishy's really good at faces in this comic I guess-

For some reason even though I did my best to catch up on the lore, I still miss really big plot points! But that's okay because I know now :)

Also yooooo! So this must be who MF was talking about in the wedding comic! BS and Nutmeg's mom! Oh god I just know that ended horribly. But I think it's sweet that the beasts (or before they got corrupted? I call them the envoys) all showed up and attended the wedding anyway.

I like how unthreatening BS looks in this panel. He's a worried dad <3 redemption helped him a lot and it shows!

Also I like the speech bubble when nutmeg says burning spice cookie. You can see the exact moment she knows she's fucked lmao

Oooh, bros got some baggage. I feel like there's more to why BS hates his ex wife so much besides abandoning their child. Maybe she did something more to him specifically? Idk I just feel like there has to be more than her just leaving him and taking their child, y'know?

Is it weird that I want to know more and less about this bitch at the same time? Like I want to know how she bagged the herald of change, what she did after abandoning nutmeg and what she did to BS. But at the same time I think if we do ever see her again, it would either end horribly or be a depressing flashback. And ate just sucks. Like abandoning your child to slavery? Really? There was no other option? What did she think was gonna happen??

Also I didn't show it here but BS mentioned how he made sure Nutmeg's mom wouldn't bother them again. So she's....dead? I wanna know what happened to her so bad!!

MOTHER CHEESE! LET'S GOOOOO! Pretty sure she would explode if Nutmeg ever called her that lmao. Really hope we get to see that one day.

Nutmeg's so lucky bro she lost a mom and gained two more parents that are waaaay better than her mom.

Welp, there we go! I really like this comic because there's more lore about Nutmeg and all the faces are just golden. (I want Marcipan cookie merch by yesterday)
