A: What do you write?  Fanfiction, original fiction, nonfiction, articles, songs, poems, essays, plays, what?

Too much fanfiction, marginal amounts of original fiction, and articles for my school’s paper. Oh, and poems.

C: Who is your favorite character of your own?  Who is your favorite character created by somebody else?  Why?

I think my favorite character of my own is probably the first one I ever created as a young lass of 14.  Her name was Ember.  She was smart and spirited and a loving and loyal older sister.  I miss her.

My favorite character created by someone else is probably Emori from the TV show The 100.  She’s a very dynamic character with a really interesting personality.

V: What do you listen to when you write?

It depends on my mood.  Sometimes I don’t listen to anything.  Other times I play this playlist on Pandora that my mom set up - it’s a great mix of acoustic and indie hits.  For some of my major projects, I’ve made Spotify playlists so I’ll listen to those to get into the mood.

Y: How would you describe the perfect prose?  How would you describe your own prose?

I think the perfect prose is prose that makes you think and feel, something that sweeps you up and makes you forget what you’re reading in the first place.

My own prose is acceptable, I suppose. It’s hard sometimes for me to capture feelings but I manage.
