Spoke aloud

The syllables of my thoughts

That never came

Out of my mouth

The lines and phrases

That silently echoed

Within the walls of my mind

The feelings that I could share

With no one in sight

Along with the superior skills

Of daydreaming mindlessly

Which I'm endowed with

Since birth

I guess

All culminated into

A poem

That I didn't dare to write

Which to my surprise

Made me smile

prompted by @lilithnoah  (congrats on the follower milestone <3) in ink i have poured out desires and insecurities fear and rage and anger hope and love and dreams what then is left to me now? to write of what i will not speak... this, then, is what i do not say i feel often as though i am the wind that stirs to life embers swiftly there and then vanished, barely thought of even through lasting change that fire brings i pass unremarked, unseen
