I don't think he does? Some people say Maria is one, but with what I have seen in my playthrough, there's nothing romantic that's really implied imo.

That one is hard to say because I do not know that much of the SOTN lore. I wanna say the first 300 years long rest between his first appearance and SOTN

The description he gives to the banana the Monkey skeleton can drop. "Best when nearly rotten". He has the correct taste in bananas.

Going to pretend SOTN Naru exists for that and that after the game, Naru convinced Alucard to spend some time together before he goes back to sleep

Alucard gave Naru the cool glasses as a parting gift during the end of SOTN. (This one I'm making it canon with default/ghost Naru as well) (Now I do need to doodle that later)

Depends on what type of sick it is. If it's a big and/or contagious type of sick, he keeps his distance, but does little things like filling up Naru's water bottle or making some kind of soup, even making some medecine if he knows how! But if it's just a minor sick, there is a lot of cuddles involved
