"It's... disturbing, Flush. I dislike their home- and their casual speech regarding it- it's-"
Jupiter sucked in a breath. Looking around briefly to ensure to unsuspecting figures overheard, he whispered softly.
"It frightens me, Flush. More than any threat ahead. I don't understand how anyone can permit such awful acts to- to remain. How no one could protect them. Why no one protects those in need."
He took a shaky breath.
"They deserve a home. They deserve people who won't hurt them, who they don't fear-"
They paused, the sound of a heartbeat entering range. Blood moving between a form. Something living too close to continue such weakness. He kept his voice low as they fixed themself.
"Nevertheless, there is no need for such dramatics. I belong in a theatre at this point, listen to my wallowing over an utter stranger... come along- have you seen the state of these windows? Someone aught to clean this place, this is horrendous dust!"
Posture fixed, attitude returned, and volume now returned to average, Jupiter made their way to the dorm. His thoughts were pushed to the internal, the words only occasional complaints about the state of the school. Truly, was it that hard to hire some janitors?
