I’m putting this under “Read More” so I don’t accidentally spoil the big reveals for anybody else.

The twist that I easily predicted was that Ernesto wasn’t really Miguel’s great-great grandfather. When Miguel came to that conclusion early on in the movie, I didn’t really buy it because it reminded me a lot of Law & Order episodes that show the detectives catching the (supposed) criminal in the first 20 minutes; you know that there’s more to it than that. After some time, I figured out that it was Hector (him singing to Chicharrón was pretty much the confirmation for me), but that didn’t stop the reveal from still being super emotional.

Now the twist that I did not see coming was the revelation that Ernesto murdered Hector. That was what made me cover my mouth and mumble “what the shit...?” (like I said in my “quick things about ‘Coco’” post) And as a side note, I gotta give credit to the filmmakers because they actually show Hector collapsing onto the street and dying from the poison.

That poor cinnamon roll just wanted to go home to his family </3

If we're still sharing about our favorite OCs, the one I'll start with is just my precious pansexual baby Daniel, who prefers to go by Dan. It is so unfair the amount of favoritism I'm always showing him but I just love him he wants everyone to be happy and smiling and he just happens to be a VERY flirtatious boy who flirts with practically everyone but he's also all about consent and will always happily back off if asked. "Everyone's beautiful and they should know it!" -His life motto probably

I think I would get along with Dan!  He sounds very kind and happy and I hope that HE has someone or something that makes him very happy and reminds him he’s beautiful too :)  And don’t feel bad about the amount of favouritism, I definitely have my handful of OCs that get way more love than the others. A: How did you come up with the title to Law of Entropy?

LOLLLL I was taking notes for a chapter in my chem class - Enthalpy and Entropy - and I’ve always liked the concept of entropy (my favorite concept in inorganic chemistry, I think), so I went with it. Also, Law of Entropy sounds better than Second Law of Thermodynamics lmao

There are few tropes that I don’t like, a lot of them are either in the ‘okay yeah, that’s fine’ to ‘i fucking love it’. A few though that I’m super critical and careful about is anything to do with mental illnesses/drug addiction, and medical/hospital drama AUs (I have experience in all of the above things so 98& the time I’m just all ‘thats incorrect’ lollll).
