Lilybird (long-haired black-and-white she-cat with yellow eyes and a feathery tail. SkyClan warrior who fell in love with a ShadowClan apprentice, a she-cat named Slatepaw who failed her warrior assessments multiple times and had to watch as younger apprentices became warriors faster than her. Eventually left the Clans and settled down with Slatepaw near the lake, changing her name to Bird.)
Lilybird/Bird- A kind and thoughtful she-cat. Lilybird is very polite and will always try and solve conflicts without having to user her claws, she doesn’t see why borders are something that blood needs to be spilled over and just wishes that the clans could settle things differently. Lilybird couldn’t bear to see how ShadowClan treated Slatepaw, and it was the final straw for Lilybird who was tired of the Clan’s violence-based practices, and she loves her life with Slatepaw now, where they can both live now they want to live rather than under the rules of others. Bird does miss her old clanmates at times, she was friends with many of them, but the more she reflected on clan life compared to the lifestyles of other cats, that paired with how miserable Slatepaw was she knew she couldn’t stay with them, 15/10
Slatepaw - A determined and extroverted she-cat. Slatepaw really tried her best to pass her assessments, but no matter what she did she would always fail, she tried to remain optimistic at first but by the time that kits she saw born while she was apprenticed became warriors sooner than her she became utterly miserable, until she left the clan Lilybird was the main thing that kept things bearable for her, she hated how her worth and status was determined by some dumb test. Slatepaw is normally a chatty and sociable cat, but in the days before she left the clan she became a lot more sullen and often lashed out at cats, even Lilybird, although she greatly regretted it afterwards. Now Slatepaw finally feels happy again away from the clans with Bird and will happily chatter a passing cat’s ear off if they will let her, and puts her energy into doing things and perfecting them in her own way, and always has some project or another going, that she will excitedly talk about her progress with to Bird, 14/10
