A new Arnice/Lilysse fic for Femslash February! It takes place shortly after the first game, and Arnice and Lilysse exchange vows in an abandoned church. Arnice/Lilysse is one of my favorite femslash ships, so it was nice to revisit them for this short piece.

Hello! How are you all today? :D

Good I hope!

I’ll be throwing all the sympho-things at you all later! For now though let me just go get another obsession!

I love them both <3 Arnice and Lilysse are such little dummies, they love each other so much and it is my favorite thing to see. Especially when they imply that they have loved each other for countless lifetimes. 

And my favorite thing might be that there is a chance that Lilysse, in a previous life, was the one who blocked the cave opening and kept the blue rain off of Arnice. She ended up dying that day but I think for her it was so worth it to save the life of the woman she loved. At the time though she didn't know that it would turn the knight into a half-demon. Although I honestly don't think that would have changed anything, she would do the same thing again given the chance.

The curia found Arnice after years and years of just wandering and killing fiends. Who I'm sure she blamed for her friend's death. I guess that in some twisted way they gave her a purpose... and ended up reuniting them. 

I probably shouldn't go too much into this. I could talk for hours about this game... my bad. I just remembered that I kind of went into it in a post about Vanessa and Arnice sharing the same VA.

This contains spoilers for Nights of Azure ending 2

So in this ending Lilysse takes on the power of the Nightlord, because she believes that someone has to bear this burden. When Arnice says that she will carry it, even if it means falling into darkness, she states that she will not give in to it. 

Simply because this is the world where the woman she loves is.

Unfortunately for Arnice though.. Lilysse was and is her everything. The first person to ever accept her for what she was and genuinely care about her. That is why she fought against her demonic urges so hard, even when Lilysse herself offered her blood. 

So it isn’t the world that matters to her but the saint that protects it, her Lily.

Lilysse turns back to her knight and offers her blood once more when she hears this... she asks Arnice if she would rather become a full demon and be with her forever.

Even if it means that night will never return and eventually one day the world will burn away. 

ANYWAYS THAT TOOK A WHILE AND I’LL BE OVER IN MY CORNER THINKING ABOUT WHAT I HAVE DONE.

I had a lot more to say but i didn’t want to keep you here forever. I could talk about this for hours~ I loved it so much. ^^

Nights of Azure fic - Arnice/Lilysse

Eve of Reunion (Nights of Azure, Arnice/Lilysse, NC-17) Summary: After a year apart, Arnice and Lilysse are finally reunited. Read on Dreamwidth | Read on AO3 Today I have a new story for the video game Nights of Azure! The game lured me in with the promise of canon yuri, and it did not disappoint! This fic pretty much takes place immediately after the True Ending, as I wanted to put a sexy spin on the heartwarming reunion between Arnice and Lilysse. I haven't played the second game yet (although I'm spoiled for the major events and it is on my to-play list), so the fic doesn't take into account the events of Bride of the New Moon. The fic itself was easy to write, and it was definitely fun to explore Arnice's loyalty and devotion to Lilysse, as well as her hopefulness for the future now that she and Lilysse are together again. The brief scene with the Hotel Ende group was also fun to write, and I included Alraune solely because she was my favorite of all of Arnice's Servans. Most of all I enjoyed writing the intimacy of Arnice's and Lilysse's first time, and their love story is now one of my favorites too.
