@inceputuri-noi oh, wow, sounds interesting and tasty! Any specific receipt? Can you share? ;)
skjfdhs well usually i will just cook rice or some mie noodles for carbs, fry some soy-based vegan meat with bell peppers, carrots, onion, ginger, garlic, scallions; season with salt, pepper, and curry, add some water+cornstarch. and then fry everything together (carbs+’meat’+veggies) for some more minutes. if i’m very extra, i will fry or poach an egg to put on top!

Day 85 - Having Years vs. Being Years Old
[Photo: Excerpt from our language manual practicing talking about ages]
Today is a day where I have to change my answer about age for the next 12 months. It's then a good time to reflect on one of my favorite things about the Romanian language.
In English, when we respond to questions about age we say we ARE a certain number of years old. It's a state of being. We exist as this number of years.
In Romanian, though, years are something you HAVE. You accumulate time as you get older. Instead of saying “she is 5 years old” you say “she has 5 years.” While this may just be a subtlety of language difference, I like the idea of accumulating years. It feels more of a reflection of your experience and wisdom gained over time.
So today, I can say "Eu am patruzeci-tre ani."
