After appropriate quarantining and Covid tests, I was lucky lucky lucky to have my 10 year old grandson visit for a few days. We did lots of stuff including playing games and swimming but also did a lot of cooking. He picked the recipes. This one is from the New York Times: Lime Bars with Vanilla Crust (we changed it to graham cracker crust). It is scrumptious! We also made Blueberry pie, peanut butter chocolate cups, blueberry muffins and white cake with a cream cheese frosting and fresh peaches. We were busy!
