Elote Pizza is a mix of traditional pizza and elote, which is Mexican street corn. It has sweet corn, a creamy and spicy sauce, and a mix of cheeses that taste great together. Fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime are on top of it. The bold and zesty flavors of this one-of-a-kind pizza will make your taste buds dance.
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1 cup cooked corn kernels. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons sour cream. 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese. 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 lime, cut into wedges.
Instructions: Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone and roll it out into the shape and thickness you want. Put chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mix it all together. This will make a creamy sauce. Use a knife to spread the creamy sauce out over the pizza dough. Spread out the cooked corn kernels on top of the sauce. Put a mix of cotija and cheddar cheese on top of the pizza. In an oven that has already been heated, bake the crust for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and the cheese melts and bubbles. Take it out of the oven and top it with chopped cilantro. Just before you serve the pizza, squeeze some fresh lime juice over the slices. Cut your Elote Pizza into pieces, serve it, and enjoy!
