So happy to finally get my hands on this, I’ll be posting a review later.
Cheers.

A new Kentucky distiller
Congratulations to Limestone Branch Distillery in Marion County, Ky., holder of a brand-new Distilled Spirits Plant permit. This craft distillery was founded last year by brothers Steve and Paul Beam (distant cousins of Jim Beam), who plan to make white spirits - unaged corn whiskey, rum, vodka - and, eventually, bourbon.
The distillery is located at 11280 Veterans Memorial Highway in Lebanon, which is about an hour and a half from Louisville. While actual production won't begin until early next year, you can take a tour (and buy Limestone Branch merchandise) now. The distillery is open to visitors from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday-Saturday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays through December.
