Things might feel a little chaotic right now -- everything moving too fast or too slow. Maybe you're running into blockages or frustrations in the middle of a move or trying to achieve a goal, maybe someone is trying to change your mind about something.
If the situation is out of your control and you're feeling scattered or overwhelmed, how can you find a way to direct your energy in a healthy manner? How can you shake off the excess that doesn't help you? Maybe write an angry rant and then burn it, or write a story and fucking post that shit somehwere. Go for a run, draw something with full feeling and no technique even if it's not perfect -- just find an outlet.
Also, this chaos or turmoil isn't necessarily a bad thing, and it doesn't necessarily mean that your chosen course of action is the wrong one. Often the tough times are where we learn the most. If this genuinely feels to you like the right thing to do, maybe you can use some of this extra nervous energy to give yourself more momentum towards your goals.
Focus on what makes you feel good, trust your instincts, and brush off the stuff that isn't helping you right now, because all that extra shit, it could just be static -- noisy but empty. You've got this.
