Tatiana Istomova is the disappointment of her father’s life. But until the death of her twin brother, that is merely an annoyance. Afterwards, she is sent away to be forgotten, and must overcome, or at least find a way to live with, her own traumas as her search for a way to resurrect her brother takes her into a world she knows nothing about. A world where the very mountains are alive and she is no longer a princess, just a lost girl that, to succeed, must learn to ask for help, and put her trust in others.
