Omg,this one post with art of Lin&Feilang being their guilty ship made me think 'Yah,I can see that.' Especially since Feilang went to lengths for Lin to be his partner again & confessed he was always jealous of him having things he didn't have. (Like a good fam.) Then I thought 'Since I'm gay for BanLin that makes Feilang jealous of how Lin has bf & bf is Banba which means Feilang is jealous Lin is dating Banba because Feilang would like Banba&-!*RareShipCreated* PleaseHelpWriteEvenASmallThing!
ahhh i remembered how much i love htr again. I hope it’s not completely shitty, it’s been a while since I wrote anything.
Also, I didn’t see where would there be time for Feilang to meet Banba, so this scene is placed when Lin jumped from the window and hid from Feilang in the last episodes. And I don’t really see Feilang’s attraction as anything healthy, because he never had a normal relationship, not even non-romantic one in his life, so:

The gun wasn’t his weapon of choice, using it somehow felt passionless and cold. But he wanted to keep the distance between him and his target. He really wanted to see how this plays out so he stayed hidden.
The person he was looking at was on the floor, hissing though his teeth in pain. His Mao. Or what was it he was calling himself these days? Lin.
A brown haired man stepped towards Mao, with a self-satisfied smile on his face. And Mao looked relieved to see him. Now that was not what Feilang expected. His Mao, running away from him, only to go back to this guy. He huffed, annoyed.
Feilang didn’t hear what they were talking about, but something the pit of his stomach turned in a way that he did not like. They were too friendly, too close. The way Mao instantly relaxed, the calm and careless stance of the man before him, like he had no worry in the world. Oh how it irked him.
Was this one of the people Mao liked? Is this shaggy guy the reason Mao won’t come back to him?
Then maybe getting rid of him would do the trick.
A smile crept up Feilang’s face. He wanted to ruin him, he wanted to break him, the man who Mao chose.
Oh, to strip him, cut him, hurt him. Make him scream and beg. Tie him up and run his blade softly across his skin. What kind of a face would he make?
And to make Mao watch. Watch what kind of person his precious dark haired dog would become destroyed like that.
Would he beg for his life, or Mao’s? He would make the same choice he did, all those years ago, right? To save his own skin and abandon Mao. That would show Mao to come back to him.
But the more he looked, the more intrigued Feilang became with the man. Who was he to capture Mao’s attention so deeply? To make him completely trust him? Now Feilang wanted to find out. He’ll make time to play with him later. To find out more. Something attracted him to that smug face. He wanted to take him away from Mao. Keep him to himself.
Maybe he’d share, if Mao pleads. Feilang almost released a chuckle, but composed himself and closed the distance with his targets. First, he has to capture them. Shooting the brown haired in the leg should work for now, to shock Mao, to make him see that there is no running away from him.
When he got close enough, he heard a whisper.
“Okay, let’s go home”, the man’s voice was soft, as if speaking to a loved one. A tone never once used on Feilang. “Want me to carry you?”
A pang shot through Feilang’s chest. Home? Carry? What kind of game of house are they playing? He bared his fangs. Suddenly, it itched him not to use his blade and slice that man right there and then.
But he raised his gun with cold precision and aimed. And it was so easy to pull the trigger on the man that caught his interest just a moment before.
Just a slight pressure and the bullet is gone. Completely missing the leg and piercing the brown haired’s abdomen.
But the sight of Mao’s face was all worth it.
And the man shouldn’t die from that wound, he’ll be able to play with them more later.
