Don't mind the commentary.... The camera girl literally likes my ass, lol! Last night was the first session of a 10 week linear periodization program we started designed to get my max squat at 605+ lb. at 220 or below bodyweight. This video was 1 of 2 top sets of 8 reps at a working load of 370 lb.(67% of my max). Starting a program with lighter weight allows you to focus more on depth, speed and form issues. We don't use sleeves, wraps or belt until we get close to 90% or run into some soreness issues.
