Here's another animation I worked on. Recently, I managed to work on these with limited time. That requires learning how to be quick and efficient simultaneously, which I'm still new at. So far I'm just observing as I draw and only apply fixes in future animations.
ie: "What would I've done differently if I did this animation all over again, with the new information I gained AS OF NOW". I would interpret my mistakes that way rather than, "This looks like shit, I'm going to waste hours fixing nonessentials I don't know how to fix yet, even though I don't have the necessary information yet to do so. That and let's ignore trying to understand fundamentals during the animation process while I'm at it."
Oddly specific but that shift in viewpoint is helping me lately. Being self deprecating during this process doesn’t work.
