I humbly thank you for your sweet comments on my art, it genuinely goes straight to my heart. I also thank you for your patience, I brainrotted a lot on your question in order to offer you a quality reply.
So, the basic of my Puppet Zelda HC is that she's driven by a corrupted and perverted version of real Zelda's valid pre-calamity angst. Let's apply the same parameters to an hypothetical Puppet Link.
Puppet Link is everything Zelda thought Link was before opening up to him. He is silent, stoic and cold. He resents Zelda for being so distant to him. He resent her for being a slave to the overwhelming and illogical love he feels for her. A love that break his heart in each waking moment of his existence. A love he has NO CONTROL OVER. He resent Zelda for not being honest with him. For treating him so badly when deep down...he knows she feels something for him. And he lives for her admitting.
If Puppet Zelda is fire and driven by a corrupted version of Zelda's passion, Puppet Link is ice. He is driven by a corrupted version of his stoicism and distance. He is the creepy Puppet Link, silently 5 steps behind Zelda, like the real Link did pre-calamity...but poisoned.
As always, english is not my first language so i hope I'm making sense. I doodled something, cuz if feel better explaining stuff with visuals to back me up. Hope you'll like it.

it's been mentioned/seen that link has hyrule's triforce of courage, but it's also been seen that ravio has it. so what happened? why doesn't link have it anymore?

Since I 100% foretold that there would be a corrupted Link in Echoes of Wisdom, I had to draw my version of their dark reunion
