The spirit of a Pokémon that died inside its Poké Ball. It has forgotten its original appearance so it takes the form of a Substitute decoy.
I like having a Pokemon that’s a Substitute Doll. I’m guessing Linkite is probably based of some kind of creepypasta or something? It’s indulgent in it’s fannishness. The chain links were hard to draw, that’s my only complaint about the design and it’s not really a complaint.
